Position Highlights

 

On this role you will be responsible for:

  • Use information on intake form to set up and modify Digital Learning Campus (DLC) setup and project customizations and surveys for the evaluation of workshops and events in MS Forms or Qualtrics
  • Create and distribute unique survey links for single events and workshops to internal teams
  • Using standard communication templates for project, send surveys for administration
  • Pull data from the surveys and consolidate into Excel 
  • Using Excel and PowerPoint templates, consolidate, analyze and visualize evaluation data and create summary reports for projects
  • Quality check all steps of the process
  • Using standard communication templates, create workshop or event calendar invites in Outlook
  • Create Zoom meeting instances including set up, access for delivery teams, and add to workshop or event calendar invites or populate producer template with links
  • Using standard communication templates or template for project, send pre-work to workshop participants

 

If you have:

  • At least 1-year experience as administrative support
  • Experience with shared mailbox
  • Ablility to read a project schedule and proactively meet and follow up with deadlines
  • Experience with charts and graphs in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines with high quality
  • Ablity to identify and escalate issues and questions in a timely manner
  • High attention to detail and quality orientation (checks own work to ensure quality)
  • Experience with MS Office applications Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point 
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort completing quality checks of documents and participant UX for high-quality formatting and layout
  • Excellent English skills
