Job Description

 

The Vendor Management Support ensures smooth operational processes flow by facilitating procurement, accounting process of PIB Service partners and support onboarding process, partner performance tracking & analysis.

Day-to-day Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate requirements for SOW compliance within each biz unit and prepare contractual documents.
  • Analyze spending and business development and forecast costs.
  • Create purchase orders (PO) and manage ongoing PO spending and invoicing.
  • Facilitate Partner On-boarding process (Project Plan; doc flow).
  • Initiate partner training and account setup (systems, tools, processes).
  • Create & manage 3rd Party SharePoint (internal/external)
  • Create and maintain vendor Activity reports
  • Manage and analyze data from Activity reports
  • Monthly and quarterly performance review: Metrics, KPIs, and Targets reporting
  • Strong initiative toward process optimization; quality assurance, and project management
  • Vendor mapping, pricing comparisons, scope analysis, and simulations
  • Forecasting, cost-saving, and business strategy analysis
  • Alignment with Finance dept.: forecasts, accruals, etc.

  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor/Master in Business / Analysis or related
  • Experience in a virtual team environment
  • Experience with data analysis
  • 2-3 years of experience in service delivery is an advantage
  • Understanding of outsourcing business model is an advantage
  • Bachelor/Master degree
  • MS Office Outlook and SharePoint (creation, maintenance, automation)
  • MS Excel, PowerPoint with VBA,
