Role Specifics

The Transition Support Office Administrator (TSO) is a support function in the Managed Print Services and Solutions department at HP Inc. The role is part of the HPI-Transition Project Management team. The Managed Print Services & Solutions provides Enterprise and Corporate customers with a combination of HW, Supplies, Financing and Services. The Managed Print Services Business is expanding and is a strategic growth area to HP.

Your daily agenda would be to:

Onboard devices into client-specific tools and systems
Change order Request Forms (CORF) preparation
Place & track orders
Update dashboards & trackers
Prepare reports & support Project Managers (PM), Global PMs with various admin tasks

Requirements:

Strong English written and verbal language skills
Demonstrates business acumen
2 + Years of relevant corporate experience
Understanding of complex business procedures
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
