As a Technical support you will be responsible for:


  • Consult, help and handle French-speaking customers by phone and e-mail
  • Analyze clients' problems and provide a relevant solution within an agreed time frame
  • Timely escalate complex cases towards other teams, when needed
  • Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials
  • Collaborate positively with other team members to provide high-quality support


If you are:


  • Fluency in French and good level of English language
  • Customer handling skills and ability to analyze problems
  • Good computer literacy and keyboard skills
