As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Handle Italian speaking customers
  • Consulting corporate customers about the specifications of the company’s products
  • Assisting clients in solving their issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support

  • Strong technical skills
  • Fluent oral and written Italian language skills
  • Good level of English
  • Excellent customer and communication skills
