Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer support in Arabic and English by telephone, e-mail, and chat
  • Identifies clients’ issues and proposes creative solutions
  • Focuses on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Protects confidential and sensitive information and materials
  • Collaborates with other team members to provide high-quality customer support


Crucial Criteria:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Willingness to communicate with business customers
  • Passion for identification and resolution of issues
  • Self-driven and motivated to succeed
  • Ability to work as part of a team
