As a Technical Support Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Consulting, helping and handling German-speaking customers by phone, chat, and e-mail
  • Analyzing clients' problems and providing a relevant solution within an agreed time frame
  • Timely escalating complex cases towards other teams, when needed
  • Protecting confidential and sensitive information and materials
  • Collaborating positively with other team members to provide high-quality support

 

If you have:

  • Fluency in German and good level of English language
  • Customer handling skills and ability to analyze problems
  • Good computer literacy and keyboard skills
