Position Highlights

 

Global Back Office Support Analyst aims at providing internal consulting services, technical and functional support to Finance departments of LDC.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform level 2 technical and functional support of the TMS (Treasury Management System) 
  • Monitor standard processes to ensure an effective usage of the TMS (Treasury Management System)
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of support to users by capitalizing knowledge and providing tools to users,  Training new and existing users on Treasury solutions
  • Management of ticketing tool (Service NOW) and maintenance of user support portal (SharePoint)
  • Drive continuous service improvement plan together with BO SDM
  • Supports Test strategy and Release Management with completing non-regression testing in due time for planned releases – documentation preparation
  • Works closely with BO SDM & Solution Management to incorporate BUILD activities into RUN

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • Customer support background (internal or external) and/or Cash management background required
  • Accounting basic knowledge required
  • Experience with TMS and ERP applications required
  • Experience on treasury and accounting process design and best practices is required
  • Knowledge of QUANTUM and TRAX is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft POWER BI or Microsoft Power App is a plus
  • Incident, Change and Problem management practice (ITIL or another framework) is a plus
