Position Highlights
As part of the IT Process & Governance Team, Solution Specialist Project Portfolio Management role is managing project portfolio, demands and IT scorecards for all clients globally. Solution Specialist Project Portfolio Management role is responsible to manage the IT Gates (planning, support / challenge Project Manager in document elaboration, minutes of the Gate, action plan follow Up), ensuring portfolio is regularly updated (Status, Gate update), providing analysis and KPIs regarding entire portfolio.
The role will directly support Finance IT Control, PPM including financial, resource and capacity planning activities and will be included in multiregional collaboration on management level.
Main responsibilities:
IT Gates:
• Plan and manage day-to-day execution of the gate Process.
• Continuous Improvements on Process – assure integrity of new processes touching the Gates Review going forward, such as Transition to Run (Global Ops), Architecture Board, Infrastructure, Security and Adoption.
• Continuous Improvements on PPM Knowledge Documentation - cover 80% of the IT Process Map and gather feedback from stakeholders on the document improvement.
• Elaborate needed change in Gate Templates.
Project Portfolio / demand Update:
• Ensure depending on project’s step that status is update at least twice per month.
Resource Management Update:
• Support and drive Resource update regarding step of the project.
Budget Elaboration Support:
• Elaborate direction in term of Demand creation with Support of Finance IT Controller.
• Animate collection of Budget demand, challenge completeness.
• Prepare synthesis, participate to IT Leadership Team and track arbitration Support CIO in restitution for Senior Leadership Team.
Analysis and KPIs:
• Collect IT Scorecards update o Follow monthly evolution of Portfolio metrics.
Main requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in Portfolio Management role.
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
• Project Portfolio Management - previous PM/PMO experience in an international company or SSC is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and budget preparation – crossregional & multinational allocation
• of funds, Cost Center ownership, CAPEX, OPEX, Actuals, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Total Cost of Ownership,
• Digital Value, Value realization, Quotation, Assets, Demands, Resources allocation/Employment cost. Financial
• control experience is a plus.
• PowerBI. Reporting capabilities – previous experience with Detailed, Custom and Ad-hoc reporting or process.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Service Now knowledge.
• ITIL, PMP certification is a plus
