Position Highlights
As part of M&A activities, the Network Service Line supports merged application migration into LDC infrastructure by designing and implementing network components, including defining the application network design and ensuring it follows LDC standards.
Main responsibilities:
• Monitor incidents, act as Level 3 escalation for identification of the root cause, coordinate actions to restore services.
• Provide technical review & approval of changes and even implement complex ones.
• Manage changes, new requirements, and documentation of your solution.
• Be responsive and supportive during the migration process
• Contribute to project as Subject Matter Expert by handling Design & Build activities for Network area.
• Participate in Network Standards definition & adoption.
• Ensure up-to-date and accurate documentation
• Performs a permanent inventory and manages the different components.
• Monitors and analyzes performance, implements measures likely to improve the quality or productivity.
• Monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
Main requirements:
• Strong knowledge in Fortigate is a must
• Proven experience in Network domain
• Overall good skills & experience in Networking (datacenter network, SDWAN, SSE).
• Experience on Infrastructure Maintenance Support in a very diverse IT landscape.
• Strong technical skills of Datacentre Network infrastructure technologies.
• Experience in API and Automation technology is a plus.
• Proven experience in production environments / critical operations.
• Passion for network technology and service-oriented mindset is must.
• ITIL Foundation certified is a plus.
