Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand customer requirements and business needs
Adhere to team coding and review practices
Ensure quality and timeliness of assigned modules
Document applicable pseudo code as needed
Stay updated with the latest technologies and share knowledge with peers and managers

Tick the Boxes:

Fluent in written and verbal English
2 - 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development (or similar platform)
Experience with data exchange formats like JSON, XML
Coding experience using Java, JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap framework
Good knowledge of adding multiple pages and adding widgets on the portal in ServiceNow
Should have knowledge on building any solution in ServiceNow for modules like ITSM, Portal, Catalog, HR Module, ITBM, SOC & GRC, and portal development
Should have knowledge of Custom application development
Should be able to build custom widgets as per the need for each requirement
Should have knowledge of domain separation and how portals and catalogs will work for domain-separated instances
Should know how to write business rules, and Script includes, Email Notifications
Knowledge of Server-side and client-side scripting in ServiceNow
Knowledge of workflow build or modify workflows based on client requirements

Nice-to-have:

Knowledge of Incidents, Changes, Requests, Catalogs, Tasks
Knowledge of building Catalogs, variable sets, Client scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACL.
Debugging skill along with coding skills is very important
