Service Request Administrator with German Language

Now you have the chance to join our team as a Service Request Administrator with German language:

As part of our team you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first line of inquiry for customer calls;
  • Real-time collection of customers/devices data and validation of its accuracy;
  • Ensuring that the customer is entitled to the service, validating customer contract details;
  • Managing the service requests through telephone and providing basic information on the already opened service requests. 

 

If you have:

  • Fluency in German language;
  • English - B1 level or higher;
  • Excellent communication and customer skills;
  • Accuracy and precision;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Time management skills and ability to work with tough deadlines;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and ability to prioritize.
