Position Highlights

Today we are giving the chance to become part of a Global Project in collaboration with one of the biggest technological companies in the world as:

•    Be the first line of inquiry for internal customer calls 
•    Real-time collection of customer/devices data and validation of its accuracy
•    Provide basic support and coordination for the management of processes and tools within the program
•    Ensuring that the customer is entitled to the service 
•    Manage service requests through phone

•    Fluency in German and English
•    Excellent communication and customer skills
•    Accuracy and precision 
•    Time management skills and ability to work with tough deadlines 
•    Attention to detail and good organizational skills
