Position Highlights:

The Service Delivery Specialist Network - Security position’s purpose is to ensure that all IT Services related to support activities for the critical Data Center environment are delivered effectively and efficiently ensuring business continuity. She/He needs to secure support and troubleshooting including enhancements requests management and prioritization in the Network/Security domain.

Day-to-day activities:

  • Supporting day to day operation of the in-place security solution.
  • Identification, investigation, and resolution of security breaches detected by those systems.
  • Supporting network Security layer: Firewalls, IDS, Intrusion protection, and prevention
  • Utilizing the existing processes (Incident, Change, Problem, etc) to deliver high quality and timely support to the Network infrastructure
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance, implementing measures likely to improve the quality or productivity
  • Monitoring incidents, organizing identification of the root cause, coordinate actions to restore services

Professional Experience:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Support Function in Security Services Domain 
  • Knowledge of Firewalling – FortiGate, Checkpoint, etc.
  • Network assets delivering security features - Proxy/FW/WAF/IDS/VPN GW
  • Azure Cloud network – UDR/Load Balancer/Azure Virtual Networking
  • Knowledge of Datacenter infrastructure technologies
  • Passion for network technology and a service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
