Position Highlights

Key Role Responsibilities & Duties:
Must guarantee service operations and continuous improvement of network & security services.

Day to day activities in Network & Security Domain
• Incident Investigation, Diagnosis & Resolution
• Service Request Management
• Problem Initiation & RCA
• Routine IT Operation
• Is responsible for the optimal functioning of the systems, tools or networks for which he is responsible for
• Implements tools to ensure data consistency
• Monitors and analyzes performance, implements measures likely to improve the quality or productivity

Continuous improvement
• Facilitate and implement automation as possible
• Proactively support opportunity for standardization and simplification of the support processes, to increase efficiency within the organization.
• Take corrective/proactive actions whenever required
• Ensure processes, best practices and golden rules alignment and adoption based on guidelines

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Knowledge in VLANs
• Knowledge in Routing & Switching
• Knowledge in Firewalling (FortiGate, Checkpoint, etc.)
• Good understanding of OSI model
• TCP/IP troubleshooting skills
• 1+years’ experience in Network / Security support & troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Datacenter infrastructure technologies
• Experience in production environments / critical operations
• Desire to develop himself more in Security domain aspects
• Passion for network technology and service-oriented mindset is must
• Fluent English both written and spoken mandatory
