Job Description
Senior level position requiring a minimum 5-7 years of experience in Azure/DevOps Support acting as Analyst/Engineer in change or supporting Enterprise Hybrid environment with mission-critical applications.
Main responsibilities:
• Act as Support Engineer in the Cloud: Utilizing the existing LDC processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, etc.) deliver high quality and timely support to the LDC Hybrid Cloud infrastructure
• Ensure the documentation of the solution is up to date.
• Performs a permanent inventory and manages the different components.
• Monitors and analyzes performance, implements measures likely to improve the quality or productivity.
• Monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
• Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between Applications and Infrastructures teams.
• Take active participation in joint troubleshooting and support activities with the infrastructure (On-Prem) teams for issues spanning between On-Prem and Cloud infrastructure
• Support Patching & Vulnerability management activities based on Patching team report and Defender for Cloud recommendations.
• Follow transition to run routine with project team, understand the new solution (architecture, requirements, process, documentation).
• Develop Left Shifting approach with monitoring teams and Service Desk (L1 & L2)
Main requirements:
• Proven experience in Support Function in Azure Services domain (5+ Years).
• Experience as DevOps Support in a very diverse IT landscape.
• Experience on Infrastructure Maintenance Support in a very diverse IT landscape.
• Knowledge of Hybrid (OnPrem + Cloud) infrastructure technologies.
• Knowledge of Datacenter infrastructure technologies (Blades, Middleware, Storage, Backup, Network).
• Proven experience in production environments / critical operations.
• ITIL Foundation certified.
• AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator)
• AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)

• General Azure Cloud Administration
• Experience with Microsoft support and process
• Azure IaaS Layers, Azure AD – user and groups
• Azure IaaS (compute and networking layers)
• Windows Server System Administration (2008 R2 and above)
• Storage Account (Blob, File Share)
• Kubernetes / AKS & Kubernetes Pods
• Key Vault, DNS Zones, Virtual Networks
• Application Gateway (Load balancers and Web Application Firewall)
• PowerShell scripting
