Senior Graphtalk Developer - Contract based

Position Highlights

The Senior Software Developer - Contract based assignment is an expert professional and as such is expected to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the software development life cycle. The scope of their work includes but is not limited to requirements gathering, business analysis, design, development, documenting, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software as well as working with the related system infrastructure – servers, operating systems, middleware, databases. 

As a senior member of the team, the Senior Software Developer collaborates with clients and account leaders, representing and serving as a bridge between his/her team and the client organization. This role also involves providing expertise and support to less experienced team members.

Main responsibilities:

•    Analyze system and business requirements and develop specifications. 
•    Design, develop, and deploy secure, maintainable, and efficient software products and systems.
•    Build APIs for smooth integration and a rapidly iterating product.
•    Enhance, upgrade, and optimize existing software solutions for continuous improvement.
•    Analyze user activity and system performance data to drive insights that could benefit business decision making.
•    Contribute to the uphold of high software quality through exhaustive requirements gathering, testing, quality assurance, and collaborative code reviews. 
•    Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and or user documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and transparency.
•    Work closely with client and account representatives on key initiatives and overall strategy. Act as a trusted advisor on the most optimal technological solutions in order to empower them to take sound business decisions.
•    Work with underpinning system infrastructure as required.
•    Act as a leader for their respective sub-team and foster cross-functional teamwork.
•    Proactively provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth.

Main requirements:

•    More than 5 years of experience with Graphtalk programming language.
•    Additional OOP programming language (Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, NodeJS, React.js ) is considered as advantage.
•    Understanding and ability to work in agile Scrum and DevOps environments.
•    Open to business trips related to client or account meetings.
•    Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite products.
•    Fluent in English language.
•    Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, MBA, similar technical field of study or equivalent experience in a related field.
