Today we are giving you the chance to build a career in one of the biggest corporations worldwide at the position of Senior Active Directory Support Specialist.

 

Responsibility:

 

·       Troubleshoot/identify the root cause of problems in case AD provisioning is not working as expected;

·       Using FIM and MIM for regular provisioning tasks;

·       Update status of tickets in the system accordingly;

·       Implement minor/major project change request or enhancements and workarounds. Support change and release Management activities for the same;

·       Support domain level problems (with help from L3 team as required);

·       Create monitoring scripts. Maintain & Develop Scripts for automation on PowerShell;

·       On-call Support for high priority tickets, activities during weekends and holidays.

 

Requirements:

 

·       Relevant experience as per the above duties;

·       Advanced skills in Active Directory provisioning (experience with FIM and MIM);

·       PowerShell scripting;

·       Customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution;

·       Capable of being self- managed;

·       Proven role model and team player;

·       Excellent customer service, telephone, oral and written skills;

·       Fluent in English.
