About the role

The Project Manager manages a project on a day-to-day basis and is the only one with this day-to-day focus on the project, responsible for the end-to-end lead and delivery of the projects, in line with agreed timelines and budget. This will involve taking ownership of project plans, controls, assembling, and management of resources, in order to deliver high-quality outcomes that exceed customers’ expectations. Furthermore, the Project Manager will work closely with customers, subcontractors, expert resources, third party or internal workforce, and key project stakeholders, having interactions at all levels within the organizational hierarchies from the senior management to delivery teams, ensuring projects are executed successfully. 



  • Complete project objectives on time, within the agreed budget and scope
  • Develop detailed project plans, SOW’s & project schedules
  • Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks 
  • Coordinate project activities
  • Actively participate in large-scale transition projects/activities
  • Communicate risks, changes, and progress
  • Track progress and review project tasks to meet the milestones/deadlines
  • Assess project issues and identifies solutions to meet quality
  • Apply project management & organizationally recognized methodologies and strategies
  • Follow PM/organizationally recognized methodologies 
  • Use the appropriate business measurements, terms & conditions for the project according to the agreed terms;
  • Delegate work assignments where appropriate



  • Excellent English language skills
  • Previous project coordination experience 
  • People management experience is considered an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet
