Main responsibilities:

Complete project objectives on time, within the agree budget and scope
Develop detailed project plans, SOW’s & project schedules
Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks
Coordinate project activities
Actively participate in large scale transition projects/activities
Communicate risks, changes and progress
Track progress and review project tasks to meet the milestones/deadlines
Assess project issues and identifies solutions to meet quality
Apply project management & organizationally recognized methodologies and strategies
Follow PM/organizationally recognized methodologies
Use the appropriate business measurements, terms & conditions for the project according to the agreed terms
Delegate work assignments where appropriate

If you have:

Excellent German and English language skills
Project Management experience in IT or Transition and Transformation services
Client facing experience (face-to-face or remote)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, SharePoint
People management experience is considered an advantage
Managed Print Services knowledge and experience is considered strong advantage
