About the role:
The Project Manager Office Administrator manages and administrates the artefacts related to the maintenance of Regional/Global programs as part of the Transition & Transformation phase of HP MPS contracts on a day-to-day basis. The role is part of the HPI-Transition Project Management team and thus sometimes referred to as PMO. The Managed Print Services & Solutions provides Enterprise and Corporate customers with a combination of HW, Supplies, Financing and Services. The Managed Print Services Business is expanding and is a strategic growth area to HP.
Main Responsibilities
- End Customer Governance and meeting setup
- Program Plan, Risk log, and Schedule setup and maintenance.
- Program tools and KPI Reporting setup and maintenance.
- Program Budget availability
- Regular program reporting enablement
- Country onboarding package availability
- Change order availability (if change in contractual deliverables).
- Gather & Validate multiple documents from Pursuit and other functional teams as well as active participation in meetings related to the respective global deals the PMO is assigned to
- Monitor, advise, suggest, and whenever possible control processes related to Global/Regional Deals
Oversees project financials including triggering of purchase orders and partner payments. Reports budget deviations to Global/Regional Project Manager, Akkodis Management, and/or HP Management
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- University degree
- Experience and literacy in - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Problem-solving and organization skills
- Self-motivated, self-driven attitude.
