Responsibilities:

Analyze project information data and project status, organize handover meeting
Update project status in the relevant tools and systems (monthly and quarterly forecast, risk management)
Manage project costs and revenues
Reforecasting
Collect / process time sheets and customer acceptances
Manage invoices to customer Participating to Delivery Reviews when project is at risk
Prepare SOW (Statement of Work) for 3rd parties and coordinate SOW signatures
Check project status with Technical Consultants, ECO, Sales, Pursuit and Delivery Lead

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
Experience and literacy in - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project
ITIL process knowledge is an advantage
Project management fundamentals is an advantage
Very good communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
Customer-oriented attitude
