About the Role:

The Project Administrator (PA) acts as a main administration support of the Project Manager and the HP Team working on large-scale Project. He/ She is responsible to properly maintain the project progress with a focus on reporting and efficient communication on different levels.


  • Support the Project Managers on different levels as required for client specific tasks or information.
  • Provide support when needed for standard and ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist the PM and HP Team in the day-to-day operations and administration of the project.
  • Manage, coordinate and prepare administrative and organizational tasks as required.
  • Keep track of ongoing tasks progress and update the PM / HP Team regularly.
  • Review, compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit and verify information or data.
  • Provide accurate and timely data entry within the needed Project tracking tools or admin platforms.
  • Look up projects progress and follow up with support teams and 3rd party service providers for their tasks, set up meetings with technical teams, participate in meetings together with the PM, prepare MoMs
  • Assist the PM to coordinate project activities between multiple local and international teams in multiple locations.
  • Analyse data, create various reports for project status and progress and present to PM.
  • Proactively identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and suggest solutions to the PM


  • At least 3 years in a corporate environment in a role requiring internal and external collaboration and administrative excellence
  • Excellent French and English Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Client-oriented, polite, with eager to adapt to changing business environment   
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge
