About The Role:

The Process Specialist is responsible to support the implementation and regular operation of ITIL aligned processes (Change Management/ Problem Management/ Capacity & Capability Management/ Resource Management). In addition, the Process Specialist ensures that expectations with regards to time-frames, compliance, quality, process related targets are met. This should be achieved through ongoing coordination, communication, planning and executing on cross-team level.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support one or more ITIL aligned processes and process related projects to achieve business, compliance, efficiency and quality related goals
  • Apply subject-matter expertise and analytical skills to evaluate process change impacts from operational perspective
  • Directly communicate with process owners/stakeholders regarding related tasks and operational updates
  • Efficiently use all related tools to enhance performance according to the set parameters
  • Act as subject matter expert for the related processes for both internal and external contacts
  • Ensure that processes are followed, and planned tasks are done on time
  • Propose and execute corrective/preventive actions aiming process improvement
  • Design and automate statistics and reports as per process requirements and customer needs
  • Communicate with external HP customers and vendors if needed
  • Be responsible for respective documentation and data management
  • Handle administrative tasks related to daily process support and overall process functionality

 

Key deliverables:

  • Ensure that procedures/policies are strictly followed
  • Labor legislation is strictly adhered
  • Process steps are strictly followed and documented
  • Process changes are communicated and validated in a timely manner
  • Process metrics are reported in set deadlines at required quality level

Requirements:

  • Typically 5+ years of established and proven track record in Service Management and/or Business Planning functions
  • Bachelor/Master educational degree in one of the following areas: business planning / management, operational management 
  • Experience with MS Core Suite and Visio
  • Project Management experience, especially with Implementation and (Continuous) Service Improvement projects
  • Process Thinking 
  • Data analytics skills and ability for data-driven decision making
