Position Highlights:
The PMO Consultant will support IT projects with the Back-Office Department as part of Industrialization PMO Team.
In this role, the Consultant will ensure the smooth execution of agreed IT project management methodology, align project activities with organizational goals, and oversee adherence to timelines, budgets, and standards.
The PMO Consultant will work closely with project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to drive consistency and best practices across the portfolio of IT projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Keep up to date BOLD IT Portfolio/Roadmap. A detailed analysis of the current project portfolio on demand.
- Work with other teams on aligning and implementing a solid strategy for Knowledge Management.
- Organization and Communication of different events related to Project Management and not only.
- Ensure project teams adhere to agreed PMO processes and tools.
- Process improvement recommendations and implementation.
- Creation and maintenance of Project dashboards & reporting mechanisms.
- Maintenance of stakeholders’ lists.
- Ad-hoc PMO requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role, particularly in IT project environments.
- Proven experience managing or supporting multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience with ServiceNow (ITSM), SharePoint and overall understanding of SAP ERP is a plus.
