As an Operations Support Lead (OSL) you will be responsible for: 

  • End to end operational activities and projects, and all the tasks to be handled in a timely manner;
  • Communication with respective partners for validation, follow-up, corrective action plans;
  • Ensuring that all the necessary documentation has been uploaded properly;
  • Being a contact point for all projects related matters for partners;


    If you have:

    • Excellent written and verbal English language skills;
    • Bachelor/Master Degree in Business or relevant;
    • Previous experience in a corporate environment will be an advantage; 
    • Proactive team player who can follow processes;
    • Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure when needed;
