Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a Financial Forecast Process for the products in scope. 
  • Maintain financial model to record key 3rd party supplier costs of services across multiple geographic sites using a mix of cost models (ASH, FTE and Volume based).
  • Update financial model with forecasted customer contact volumes provided by the local entities.  
  • Verification of 3rd party supplier invoices against contract and actual volumes/headcount, and resolve any discrepancies
  • Report monthly actual costs to Senior Management
  • Track spend against Purchase Orders and Budget
  • Understand the impact of changes to the cost model and suggest mitigation when budget overspend is forecast
  • Ensure that 3rd party supplier invoices are paid within contractual timescales
  • Ensure internal cross charging of 3rd party supplier invoices are processed to the local entities according to agreed timescales
  • Forecast other future spend activities and suggest options for cost saving when forecast predicts expenditure above agreed Budget
  • Raise/request for Pre-Approval/Purchase Orders
  • Maintain SharePoint sites (incl. accesses control, uploading documents, etc)
  • Manipulating financial spreadsheets to show snapshot relevant to level of management reporting required
  • Produce cost/volume scenarios as required
  • Submit month end accruals to Finance
  • Support the Contract Managers with the drafting of Contractual Change Requests as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in the following areas: WFM Forecasting or Operations for multi-lingual/multi-site contact centers.
  • Experience working with Contact Center BPO Suppliers or organizations.
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing and/or analyzing large amounts of data
  • Strong command of EXCEL macros and functions as well as other MS tools; Word & PowerPoint
  • Familiarity of SAP to be able to set up and manage PR’s and PO’s as well as ability to query accounts and calculate accruals. 
  • High level of numeracy
  • Proven ability to manage own workload and manage to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
