Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for Operations Delivery Manager.


As Operations Delivery Manager you will be responsible for: 


  • Client Relationship Management
  • SLA Management
  • Organizational Effectiveness
  • Service Delivery Risk Management
  • Service Transition Management
  • Strategic Operational Planning
  • Financial Management
  • People Management



The minimum requirements for the position are:


  • At least 3 years of experience at operations management position
  • At least 3 years client relationship and negotiations experience
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer science, Business administration, Statistics or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Accuracy and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead on major change initiatives and role model effective change management
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data manipulation skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel proficiency)
  • Fluency in English
