Position Highlights

Key Role Responsibilities & Duties:

You own the delivery of the solution (s) and the associated metrics. From a support standpoint you ensure support at level 1 and 2 is properly handled by related teams and you deliver the level 3 support (incident and change management).
This is a specialist level position requiring a minimum 3 years of experience in Network Security Infrastructure domain.

Day to day activities:

• Contribute to applications flows identification as part of Cloud transformation & ZTNA programs
• Monitor incidents, act as Level 3 escalation for identification of the root cause, coordinate actions to restore services
• Provide technical review & approval of changes and even implement complex ones
• Manage priorities of the evolution of the solution
• Manage changes, new requirements and documentation of your solution
• Make proposals and provide information in order to support decision making concerning the solution
• Subject Matter Expert
• Ensure the documentation of the solution is up to date

Continuous improvement

• Develop Left Shifting approach with other support teams (L1 & L2)
• Facilitate and implement automation as possible
• Develops the rules for using the systems, in accordance with the norms and standards of the company
• Proactively support opportunity for standardization and simplification of the support processes, to increase efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Firewalls (Mandatory skill) - Checkpoint, Fortinet, Tufin
• Mandatory Network assets delivering security features - Proxy / FW / WAF / VPN GW
• FW orchestration XP is a strong plus
• Cisco CCNP certification (nice to have)
• CISSP / Associate of (ISC)2 (nice to have)
• Fortigate & Checkpoint (Advantage)
• Proxy / SASE solutions (Advantage)
• Azure Cloud (Advantage)
