About the role
The European Economic Area (EEA) Labor Relations Admin supports the EEA LR lead in managing the HPE European Works Council (EWC) and the global Employee Outreach a Care (EO&C) program.
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support for European Works Council (EWC) Management:
- Meeting(s) Logistics: facilities and communications, incl. travel planning and Posted Workers Directive (PWD) compliance.
- Support in building the reports and analytics for the EWC Annual Meeting
- EWC Budget Management, incl. planning, oversight of approval process, control, and PO/invoice management (expert, external advisors)
2. Support for EWC operations, based on insights required by OJT through the operational support and with a good understanding of:
- LR specifics
- Confidentiality requirements
- Management priorities and vision
3. Operational Support for EO&C management
- Support the Worldwide roll-out of the EO&C program training in 2023
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
- Successful EWC event management
- Ensure timely budget approvals and expense tracking against budget
- Effective and efficient delivery of the EO&C training across the globe in 2023
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- University degree
- MS Office
- 1-3 years of HR and preferably LR experience
- Labor Relations acumen
- Business acumen
- Good communication skills at different levels in the organization
- Learning capability
- Confidentiality compliance
- MS Office
