Junior Operation Lead with Italian

For one of our teams, we are looking for an Operation Lead to join the current team and make an impact in this dynamic environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a proficient level of Italian and English - both written and spoken
  • Bachelor degree is a plus or, with at least two years experience on the same type of role
  • Former supervisory/management experience in a telemarketing/sales/customer service environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Data analysis – ability to report and review trends and data
  • Dependable and reliable; good attendance track record
  • Flexible – ability to work varying schedules, as project demands dictate
  • Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented
  • Ability to travel for work
  • Experience in an international environment, possibly in the operations, is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer service environment a plus.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Measures and reviews team’s daily performance metrics and provide appropriate coaching to increase productivity and achievement of target goals
  • Responsible for training customer service representatives, and for developing and implementing operations and policies
  • Accountable for operational processes and compliance as well as overall planning and forecasting – ensuring business agreements are signed, availability/engagement of photographers for quick and efficient deployment (minimizing travel costs), tracking of images and delivery
  • Serves as escalation point of contact for local business owners and operational issues
  • Reviews overall project results and trends. Provides reporting and recommendations of suitable process/program improvements
