For one of our functional team-Human Capital Administration, we are looking for a Junior HR Specialist.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for maintaining the HR & Payroll archives up to date.
  • Compiling, categorizing, calculating or verifying HR & Payroll related information or data.
  • Strictly following company’s Contract Management Processes by preparation of all kind of Labour documents
  • Accountable for organizing contract signing with future employees
  • Maintaining HR databases
  • Actively participates in the Payroll process with collecting timesheets and documents for absences, sorting them and tracking them in the system.
  • Supports administrative onboarding and off-boarding of all employees.
  • Assists the process for delivering the initial health and safety instructions for all new employees on their first working day, preparing the necessary documents for the HR induction training.
  • Administrating company’s Additional Benefits as requested by Direct Manager(s)
  • Acting as a main point of contact for all HR related issues for all the employees within the company

 

If you have: 

  • Working knowledge of applicable Labour legislation
  • Bachelor/Masters degree in HR, BA or relevant.
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and cooperate with colleagues
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-organized
  • Able to assess and promptly resolve problems or search for advice
  • Keen interest in continuing learning and professional development
  • Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in international & culturally diverse organization
