About the role

Today we are giving you a chance to build a career in one of the biggest technology companies in the position of Junior HR Specialist.
The Junior HR Specialist provides effective and timely support to employees, managers, HR and is actively assisting with the delivery of locally conditioned HR administration tasks for employees and managers in the country or countries.
Temporary contract with the potential of further continuation.

Responsibilities:

Support and maintain the personnel documentation and files, following Bulgarian labor legislation requirements
Provide data support to standardized HR processes
Provide administrative support to local benefit programs
Provide support to Ask HR case resolution
Perform country-specific and legally mandatory HR activities enabling and facilitating the workforce management - work permits, mandatory reporting, diversity reports, etc.
Administrate annual leaves, requests, orders
Administrate the process of hiring and terminations of employees and any changes in labor conditions

Requirements:

Excellent level of English
Bachelor/ Master Degree in a relevant field
2 years of Professional experience
1 year of job-specific experience in HR Administration or HR Support
Bulgarian labor legislation and Social Security knowledge
Knowledge of country-specific HR policies and procedures across HR functions
Knowledge of HR systems, applications and their integrated functionality and dependencies
Knowledge of third party processes and timelines
Proven experience with MS Office applications
