About the Role


The purpose of this role is to provide internal IT support to the functional and operational teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • New-user set-up (PC, Telephony, Access)
  • End-user hardware support (PC, printers, scanners, copiers, fax etc)
  • End-user software support (account management, driver management, Microsoft office, Google Drive, Apple software troubleshooting)
  • Local Area Network wired and wireless troubleshooting
  • Asset Management (including tracking & life-cycle)
  • IT ticket resolutions.


Tick the boxes:

  • 1 to 2 years of broad-range experience in an IT Service Desk onsite support environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good communication skills alongside a positive and patient mindset.
  • A self-motivated learner, able to go the extra mile to understand and learn how system works and how to support them.
  • Interested in technology, as we will implement a wide variety of tools and systems he/she will have to help deploy and then support.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products.
