Position Highlights


Main Responsibilities:

  • Translating business product requirements to detailed and understandable User Stories, Functional and technical requirements for an IT solution
  • Prioritizing business requirements in alignment with the Digital Product manager
  • Steering the IT development team delivering the prioritized User Stories
  • Leading the IT teams to deliver the designed solutions based on well described user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Managing the backlog with measurable KPI`s 
  • Active participation in Scrum artifacts (Grooming and Planning)
  • Collaborating and building good partnership with the preferred IT supplier, Digital Product manager, Digital Success manager

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable
  • 3-5 years of experience working as Product Manager or Solution/Business Analyst in IT
  • At least 3 years of professional experience working with web applications in positions like PM, BA, developer, QA, UI/UX designer, etc.
  • Good knowledge of software development methodologies using Agile, Scrum
  • Technical background – understanding the basic concepts of software development, APIs, Databases. 
  • Prior experience in managing backlogs, writing Epics, Features and User Stories
  • Experience in alignment with business stakeholders
  • Work experience in a multinational and multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English
