For a strategic project where we partner with a special client with vast influence in Europe and not only, we are looking for: 


IT Recruitment Consultant 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • To source and screen candidates for niche skill sets
  • Full end to end ownership of the candidate journey and responsibility for talent pooling and utilizing the most effective sourcing channels meet placement targets
  • Ensuring a resourcing plan is in place for each vacancy and providing a consultative approach to your given business area
  • Manage relationships directly with client representative providing feedback on vacancies, candidates and offer stages
  • Identify potential candidates for clients that you support using LinkedIn, Internal databases and other sourcing tools
  • Conduct structured telephone interview with identified candidates via video conferencing tools or telephone
  • Ensure the candidate understands the onboarding process for the client - this includes; pre-employment screening, contract generation, timesheet process and payment terms (where applicable).

 

Requirements: 

  • Effective communications skills and assertive telephone manner
  • Experience in IT recruitment              
  • Proven direct sourcing experience
  • Talent pooling and candidate attraction strategies
  • Time management with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Ability to influence events rather than passively accept them
  • Ability to identify necessary change and areas improvement
  • Previous experience in international recruitment would be an advantage
