Position Highlights
HR Project Specialist (HRPS) plays a key role in the local Human Resource Administration team and reports directly to the HR Manager. HRPS is Point of Contact for all Company Internal HR & Payroll processes as well as Labour Legislation prescriptions for Software Engineering, Technology, Cloud and Infrastructure Capabilities.
Facilitate relationships within the projects – whether with Management team, internal and external constituents. Conducts work simplification and measurement studies and prepare operations, processes and procedures reports to assist HRA management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and communication tracking between HR Admin team, Software Engineering, Technology and Cloud and Infrastructure Capabilities.
- Fully interacting with Recruitment team for smooth contract signing and onboarding employees in Software Engineering, Technology and Cloud and Infrastructure Capabilities.
- Proactively provides advice and support to the HR team and Akkodis Bulgaria Management team on all HR & Payroll related issues;
- Actively participates in creation and revision of HR internal processes, suggest improvements and/or amendments where applicable;
- Accountable for executing Disciplinary process and for the preparation and delivery of HR Disciplinary Orders to employees;
- Supports HR Management with coordination and execution of all needed respective actions and documents related to Official authorities;
- Responsible for administration of company’s Additional Benefits;
- Visiting client’s premises, supporting employee with different queries on site; providing and collection documentation; distributing vouchers for employees who are working from client’s premises.
- Accountable for the execution and supervision the Relocation process within the projects;
- Country-specific and mandatory Legal/HR activities enabling and facilitating workforce (work permits, mandatory reporting etc.);
- Ensuring full data is submitted correctly in Payroll system prior the effective/start dates;
- Accountable for adding New Hires in MyAkkodis system (SAP SuccessFactors) immediately after the start date. Maintaining respective Pending recruits list and HR transactions in MyAkkodis system;
- Administrating Paid leave accounts in both systems (import/export, manually adjust and correct the paid leave balances in both systems);
- Maintaining and updating Personal & Employment data for all employees in both systems;
- Accountable for on-boarding and off-boarding of all employees; (Delivers the initial health and safety instructions for all new employees on the first working day. Preparing the necessary documents for HR induction training, Termination and documents related to changes in Labour relations)
- Supports the administration of the HR & Payroll Process;
- Fully understands and efficiently maintain HR databases and provides HR reports and validates accurate and up to date information in all HR systems and databases;
- Compiling, categorizing, calculating or verifying HR & Payroll related information or data;
- Strictly following company’s Contract Management Processes by preparation of all kind of Labour documents;
- Accountable for verifying the process of hiring and terminations of employees and any changes in labour conditions;
- Supporting Job Code creation process;
- Completing other HR work related task if requested by Direct Manager/s;
If you have:
- 4+ years relevant experience in the field of HR, Project Administration or similar
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluent in English language
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel & Word are considered strong advantage)
- Working knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV & SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of applicable Labour legislation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with different levels in the organization
- Ability to efficiently collaborate and cooperate with colleagues and provide working solutions
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills
- Detail-oriented and self-organized
- Able to assess and promptly resolve problems or search for advice
- Keen interest in continues learning and professional development
