Position Highlights

The HR Coordinator Performs HR administration tasks for the temp project employees and managers and ensures that defined Legal requirements are met. Performs HR administration tasks for the project employees and managers and ensures that defined Legal requirements are met.

 

Responsibilities:
•    Coordinating and communication tracking between HR Admin team and the project team
•    Fully interacting with Recruitment team for smooth contract signing and onboarding new employees for the project
•    Administrating on-boarding and off-boarding all posting workers - Preparing the necessary documents for Contract signing, HR induction, Traveling, documents related to changes in Labour relations and Termination. Delivering the initial health and safety instructions on the first working day
•    Responsible for maintaining the HR & Payroll documentation and archives up to date
•    Supporting categorizing and calculating HR & Payroll related information
•    Responsible for executing the Relocation process in the project (preparing the needed documentation, welcoming the relocated candidates, assisting them with authorities and coordinating the communication with hotels, transport, etc.)
•    Following all country-specific and mandatory Legal/HR activities enabling and facilitating workforce (work permits, mandatory reporting etc.)
•    Issuing of any needed documents for business travels – Business orders, A1 forms in each country, declarations issued by the employer to confirm the travel purpose, etc.
•    COVID-19 situation – verification and preparation of any additional documents needed per countries. Informing Modi's team of relevant changes based on the dynamic situation


Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field 
•    Fluent verbal and written in English language
•    Excellent MS Office skills (Excel/Word & PPT are considered a strong advantage)
•    Basic knowledge of applicable Labour legislation 
•    Keen interest in continues learning and professional development
•    Able to assess and promptly resolve problems or search for advice
