The Group Reward Associate will support the Group Reward team that is based in Zurich. The Group Reward Associate will support all tasks associated with the Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive programs and perform other duties as required.

Position Highlights


As a Group Reward Associate your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Short-Term Incentive Programme (STI):

  • Preparation of STI Target letters for eligible employees
  • Monthly reports based on employees’ bonuses
  • Prepare Presentations based on collected data
  • Support for new STI tool
  • Collection of KPI definitions
  • Tracking and collection of STI outcomes and progress

Supporting the Long-term Incentive Programme (LTI):

  • Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Reports
  • Preparation of calculations in case of termination of employee’s contract
  • Account opening/unblocking with Credit Suisse
  • Performance-based reports


As a candidate you must have:

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office - Advanced in Excel;
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken
  • Strong skills in reporting, statistics and data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Eagerness to work in a global team and supporting the Adecco Group
  • Good coordination and communication skills

As an advantage will be considered:

  • Previous experience in Accounting, Payroll or Compensation & Benefits
  • Knowledge of personal income taxation, social security, and employment-related legislation;
  • Willingness to work in a learning and challenging environment
