Today we are giving you the chance to join our team at the position of a Employer Branding Lead. The purpose of the role is to craft and implement Programs to build Modis Employer brand awareness, increase candidate engagement, and build long-term partnerships with universities, schools and other channels for communication of the Employer brand of Modis.

 

As an Employer Branding Lead you will be responsible for:

 

  • Being part of the Marketing Team, you will work in close collaboration with Recruitment and Head of HR Business Operations teams to build and implement global employer strategies that align to company, recruiting, and employee retention goals
  • Generating engaging brand content by sourcing, creating and activating Modis influencers inside and outside the brand: videos, blog, Instastories, Podcasts, etc.
  • Enhancing the employer brand presence by tracking social media, job boards, business, and reputation networks.
  • Responsible for creating all employment brand content and calendar management for social media and sourcing channels
  • Building strategic partnerships with selected organizations; Hosting monthly events individually and also with the network of partners (schools, language academies, universities, IT academies, etc) that delight, inspire, and build brand awareness
  • Consistently searching for new opportunities to elevate the brand by understanding industry best practices, exploring vendors and nurturing partnerships
  • Working with content production external contractors for the projects that include high end graphics or any creative needs

 

If you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Employer Branding roles, setting the company’s Employer Brand strategy
  • Experience in design of new strategic partnerships with external organizations targeted at improvement of the candidate perception of a brand;
  • Experience in managing internship/apprenticeship programs
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and change management skills
  • Knowledge of branding best practices from more than 1 industry would be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and to effectively influence senior management
