Position Highlights


On this role you will be responsible for:

  • Use information on intake form to understand project instructions and requirements, collaborate with Engagement Lead, Instructional Designer, and Project Manager as needed.
  • Modify documents and graphics in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite per instructions
  • Combine content and make edits to content according to instructions
  • Update materials with new logos
  • Update graphics in design software as needed such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Edit final content to ensure no errors in written content while keeping to original tone and voice integrity in US English and consistency across multiple documents for one program.
  • Layout document pages to ensure elements work together on the page and according to instructions and style guides
  • Proof formatting to ensure high-quality polish and consistency across multiple documents for one program
  • Improve the look and feel of documents to ensure a high polish, while remaining within style guide and project requirements
  • Create final interactive PDFs that are ready to deliver to the client
  • Escalate concerns, questions, and areas of judgment before proceeding 


If you have:

  • Demonstrated experience and skill as an editor or proof-reader and a desktop publisher
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) 
  • Proficient use of Adobe PDF to create interactive PDFs
  • Ability to follow a schedule and proactively meet and follow up with deadlines
  • Knowledge of the principles and best practices of graphic design to ensure page elements work together
  • Proactive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines with high quality
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort completing quality checks of documents and participant UX for high-quality formatting and layout
  • Excellent English skills
