About the role:

 

You have the chance to start or accelerate your career in one of the biggest global IT companies and the only one that provides customer support working for corporate clients. The role covers standard and out-of-hours shifts from Monday -Sunday 06:00 - 15:00, 14:00 - 22:40 and 22:30 - 06:00.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver corporate client account support by monitoring and administrating of customer IT Environment;
  • Provide resolution following SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures);
  • Timely respond to customers inquiries; 
  • Keep customers informed, set and follow commitments, keep precise case documentation and case ownership;
  • Coordinate support activities and interact with other support teams.

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent in German and have good English skills
  • Keen on communicating with customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excited to develop your professional career
