Now you have the chance to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist with Spanish and English.


You will be responsible for:

  • Handling Spanish-speaking customers
  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Consulting clients about the specifications of the company's products;
  • Protecting confidential and sensitive information and materials
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support

 

If you are:

  • Fluent in Spanish and have good English skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Keen on communicating with customers
  • Fast learner;
  • A team player
