Cloud Delivery Lead

Position's Highlights:

You will accelerate the transformation of Akkodis Bulgaria to become a major Cloud and DevOps vendor of choice in the core domains of Industry 4.0. We have set the ambition to grow within the Managed cloud operations and become a core competency. To achieve this goal your contribution will be leading our capability to Architect, Setup, and Support our customers to solutions on scalable, industry-leading managed cloud services. You will act as an SME and be engaged in Presales level as well as ongoing delivery, to develop cloud solutions and partner with Software Engineering. Consult on how to leverage managed cloud services in DevOps and guide your teams on how to shape out top-notch cloud-based environments as well as making them scalable and reusable. You will drive the concepts of how to transfer managed services from public cloud to hybrid cloud environments in seamless approaches.

Main Responsibilities:

• Defining cloud architectures with development teams on managed cloud services 
• Consult and guide business owners how to offer managed cloud services in their areas of business
• Guide service operations teams to establish the required operation models for cloud services
• Identify opportunities for new cloud services with scaling potential
• Develop hybrid cloud approaches to how to service scalable service on public, private, and hybrid cloud environments in an efficient way
• You will work on customer offers and cost estimations for globally operated Cloud offerings
• Aim to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives

Requirements:

• Experience in public cloud architecture roles with demonstrated impact (preferably on AWS)
• Maintain a DevOps culture within multidisciplinary teams focused on fully automated CI/CD environments
• NoSQL database 
• API Gateway
• Kafka
• Experience managing/maintaining software in production
• Knowledge of AWS Technologies (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.)
• Experience shaping and setting up successful cloud offerings from architectural to production point of view (end to end)
• To see and develop the big picture but also able to break it down to operationalization
• You play in teams and have excellent people skills and the adaptability to connect quickly with people
• Experience in leading others, also in mixed team setups, dealing across geographies and cultures, and communicating on top management level
• Good moderation skills, the ability to open rooms for visionary discussions, as well as to drive meetings to a concrete practical and valuable outcome
• Proficiency in English

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with IoT would be an advantage
• AWS Certifications would be an advantage
• Basic Experience in software development (preferred with JavaScript/Typescript and Node.js)
