Business Process Specialist

Job Purpose:

The Business Process Specialist is an accomplished Process Design and Engineering expert & practitioner with proven relevant practical experience and innovative thinking, who will manage the services delivery process creation, documenting, mapping, design and validation for commercial opportunities leveraging the internal service capabilities for external customers. 

The role will be part of the Program Management Office Team, and may also manage other business ops / financial processes for commercial accounts. 

Responsibilities:

• Support one or more ITIL aligned processes and process related projects to achieve business, compliance, efficiency and quality related goals
• Apply subject-matter expertise and analytical skills to evaluate process change impacts from operational perspective
• Directly communicate with process owners/stakeholders regarding related tasks and operational updates
• Efficiently use all related tools to enhance performance according to the set parameters
• Propose and execute corrective/preventive actions aiming process improvement
• Design and automate statistics and reports as per process requirements and customer needs
• Act in close cooperation with other teams and organizations to achieve defined goals
• Communicate with external customers and vendors if needed
• Be responsible for respective documentation and data management
• Prepare, validate and maintain process documentation for a funnel of commercial deals
• Support the process design for new service capabilities
• Support deal delivery process engineering for new PC Lifecycle deals
• Maintain BMS process libraries
• Collect requirements and create user stories for new service design

Key deliverables:

• Ensure that procedures/policies are strictly followed
• Labor legislation is strictly adhered
• Process steps are strictly followed and documented
• Process changes are communicated and validated in a timely manner
• Process metrics are reported in set deadlines at required quality level

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master educational degree in one of the following areas: business planning/management, operational management
• Positive can-do attitude;
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good at planning and working in short timelines
• Great understanding of services practices, delivery methodologies, escalation management
• Process thinking
• Experience with MS Core Suite and Visio
• Data analytics skills and ability for data-driven problem solving and decision making

It is an advantage to have:

• Moderate level of planning, LSS
• Understanding in cross-functional environment, digital transformation, problem management
• Lean Six Sigma certification (at least a Yellow Belt)
• Experience in customer facing roles
• Project Management experience, especially with Implementation and (Continuous) process improvement projects
• Service management (e.g. ITIL) practical experience, ITIL Foundation certification
