Today we are giving you the chance to join our team at the position of Business Analyst.


The Business Analyst will analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to align systems with overall business strategies, improving procedures and developing solutions for occurring business problems. The Business Analyst will manage requirements and drive process changes at the scope of the project.

Position Highlights


  • Define configuration specifications, KPIs and business and reporting requirements
  • Own and develop relationship with partners to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions
  • Communicate key insights, findings and recommendations to the product team 
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring 
  • Perform Quality Assurance - discover issues, suggest changes and better solutions to the customer 


  • At least 3 years' previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions using visualization techniques and tools
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
  • Experience documenting user stories and creating wireframes  and process flow dia-grams
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and generating process documenta-tion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Excellent organizational skills including ability to self-start own task assignments  
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment 
  • Fluency in English  

As an advantage will be considered:

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solu-tions
  • Experience in configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, val-idation rules, and security controls
  • Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
