Position Highlights


On this role you will be responsible for:

  • Understand Talent Portal set up and administration standard operating procedure 
  • Use information on intake form to set up Talent Portal for project
  • Using standard communication templates or template for project, request participant or rater information for set up from participants
  • Set up participants and 360 raters in the system
  • As needed, respond to inbox requests including: Checking/re-sending assessment invitations; Answer standard questions and/or escalate questions to the project team
  • Update participant assessment with new deadlines as needed
  • Address questions from internal teams about accessing reports (participants and coaches)
  • Follow procedure for whitelisting questions
  • Check the status of assessment status according to schedule
  • Run and distribute completion and progress reports to project teams at sent intervals
  • Send reminders or status reports as indicated on intake form
  • Reporting suspected defects or errors
  • Escalating Tier 2 and 3 issues
  • Check shared email box and respond proactively to requests (according to standard or project SLAs)


If you have:

  • At least 1-year experience as administrative support
  • Experience with shared mailbox
  • Proactive and professional attitude
  • Able to work with tight deadlines with high quality
  • Able to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner
  • Detail and quality orientated (checks own work to ensure quality)
  • Very good PC and Internet user skills 
  • Experience with MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Great English skills
