About the Role:

Compiles requests for materials and services, prepares purchase orders and handles inquiries about orders. Responds to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations. Creates request for quotations, compare prices, specifications and delivery dates to assist in determine the best bid.

Responsibilities:

  • Requesting POs
  • Working with Client Balance Cards
  • Ordering materials from selected suppliers
  • Tracking order status
  • Storing purchased materials
  • Coordinating the delivery process of equipment/office supplies
  • Preparation of reports on stock availability
  • Maintaining a database with up-to-date prices
  • Seeking and documenting approval to buy prior to creating the transaction
  • Validating and documents receipt of goods, submits related procurement invoices

Requirements:

  • Showcases minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication in English (Verbal and Written)
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Highly motivated towards achieving targets and customer satisfaction
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
