Position Highlights


  • Identification and investigation of incidents, request fulfillment, problems and changes relative to service operations and services provided by the global solutions
  • Make proposals and provide information in order to support decisions concerning the solution
  • Act as an end point of technical escalation for issues and problems
  • Perform software development activities such as design, code, build, test for the following technologies: Active Directory, Azure AD, AD Connect, O365, Exchange, SMTP Mail Routing
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Capacity planning and performance analysis to plan in order to identify areas where improvements can be applied
  • Monitoring the availability and functionality of the Messaging and Azure/Directory Services environment for optimal performance 
  • Performing assessments on the O365, Messaging and Directory Services environments and implementing remediation as well as assuring the stability, security, and scalability of these environments
  • Work with operations, infrastructure teams, and service providers to ensure knowledge transfer for day to day support on newly deployed technologies 


  • 5 to 7 years of working experience with:
  • Messaging systems in order to address complex issues quickly 
  • Windows Server 2012/2016 as well as knowledgeable in Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, AD Connect, and Azure AD
  • Troubleshooting of the following technologies – SMTP, DNS, SPF Records, DMARC, Transport Rules, Mail routing
  • Managing all aspects of Microsoft O365/Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Advanced Threat Protections (ATP) Security and Compliance Center, eDiscovery etc.
  • MFA and Conditional Access Policies 
  • Experience using PowerShell to administer O365, Active Directory, Azure AD and Exchange
  • Exchange administration in Hybrid environment
  • University Degree in Computer Science or any IT related discipline
  • Fluency in English
