About the Role


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will: 


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience
  • Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talents in different fields 
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of the allocated requisitions
  • Communicate regularly with client representatives on the progress of the project, specifically highlighting any specific challenges and proposing solutions
  • Analyse and understand the changing business needs, and competitive landscape, and develop strategies
  • Identify, attract, and present professional level candidates utilizing a variety of sources


If you have:


  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and/or talent management filed
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
  • Solid knowledge of the recruitment expertise, social media recuitment knowledge, Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced level of MS Excel
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Very good Project Management and Presentation skills
